Most coaches know they need more clients. The reality is that most of them have no repeatable system for finding and enrolling them. This workshop gives coaches that system. In a single 3-hour live session, participants will build a complete client acquisition workflow using AI as their thinking partner. The work that would normally take weeks gets built in one afternoon because AI compresses the implementation.

What You Will Build

One continuous system across five connected stages. Each stage builds on the previous one, and AI supports every step.

Ideal Client Clarity. Define who you serve best. AI surfaces patterns from your existing experience so you know exactly who you are sitting across from and what they need before any conversation starts.

 

 

 

Positioning and Messaging. Translate the value of your coaching into language your ideal clients immediately understand. AI helps refine your articulation until it sounds like you. This is the language that naturally attracts the right people wherever you communicate.

Discovery Call Preparation. Build a preparation workflow so you walk into every call with clarity and confidence. AI helps research the prospect, anticipate needs, and structure the conversation in advance.

 

 

 

Proposal Development. Structure offers that frame transformation clearly, so the conversation centres on impact rather than price.

 

Follow-Up System. Design a simple, consistent follow-up workflow that maintains warmth and connection. AI drafts personalised messages quickly so follow-up happens reliably.

By the end of this workshop, participants will leave with a working client acquisition system built across three core areas:

Create proposals that frame transformation clearly and follow up consistently without losing warmth or connection, using AI to maintain quality and reliability across the entire process.

Workshop Structure

Part 1: Teaching and Implementation (2 Hours)
I walk participants through the full system, demonstrating how AI supports each stage. The teaching is interleaved with hands-on building. Participants construct their own acquisition system in real time, stage by stage. By the end of Part 1, each participant has a working draft of their complete system.

Part 2: Live Coaching and Hot Seats (1 Hour)
Open working session. Participants bring their specific challenges, get direct feedback on any part of their system, and refine their work in real time. This is where the framework becomes personal to each practice.

The workshop uses Claude's desktop app and Cowork features to run agentic workflows during the live build. Frequently Asked Questions About the AI for Coaches Mentorship

1. Will I get personalized feedback and real support?

You will get clear, practical input throughout the course. Each month includes a Show’n’Tell session where you can bring your work, share what you are building, and get direct feedback. Colin selects a few submissions for live review so everyone learns from real examples.

You also have the community space, which is the central hub of support. You can post your questions, drafts, challenges, and wins, and get input from Colin and your peers. The community keeps you moving between the live sessions, and it gives you a place to test ideas, refine your prompts, and troubleshoot as you build.

2. What happens during the AI Integration Blueprint phase, and what do I get before February 2026?

The mentorship starts in late February, but your integration work starts right away. You receive:

  • The GPT Tools Matrix to help you choose the right tools for your coaching model.
  • The 30-Day Implementation Blueprint with micro exercises you plug into ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude. These help you define your voice, map your systems, clarify your niche, and start creating immediately.
3. How personal are the tools and interventions? My niche is specific.

Everything starts with your voice. In Month One you build your Co-Intelligence Operating System, which captures your tone, values, philosophy, and approach. Nothing is a generic template. You shape each framework so your work becomes more distinct, not diluted.

4. Do I need paid AI subscriptions?

No. Free versions of ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini are enough. Paid plans can improve speed and memory, but they are optional. If you upgrade later, you’ll do it with clarity about why it helps your workflow.

5. Do I need to be tech-savvy to succeed?

Not at all. We assume most coaches are starting from curiosity, not expertise. We begin with essential literacy, guiding you step by step. By the end of the first 3 months, you’ll have functional AI systems you use daily, without feeling overwhelmed by tech.

6. When does the course start?
The course officially begins on February 25, 2026. Once you enroll, you’ll receive immediate access to the welcome materials and onboarding details, so you can get oriented ahead of the start date and arrive prepared for the first session. 
7. How much time will I need to commit each week?
On average, 2–3 hours per week. This includes live training sessions, office hours, and assignments you apply directly to your practice. Everything is designed to fit into your real coaching business, not add “extra work” on top.
8. How is this different from a typical AI course?

Most AI programs focus on tools and tech. This mentorship is about you, your coaching, your business, your growth. Over 12 months, you’ll not only learn how to use AI, you’ll integrate it into your unique style, build business systems around it, and practice with support until it feels natural. This is not a “how-to” course; it’s the most personalized coaching mentorship ever offered.

 

9. Will this really help me grow my business?

Yes. The mentorship is designed to build both your coaching capacity and your business capacity. You’ll learn how to attract new clients, create content consistently, streamline operations, and design offers that scale. All live sessions are recorded and available in your private portal.
