Most coaches know they need more clients. The reality is that most of them have no repeatable system for finding and enrolling them. What You Will Build

Positioning and Messaging. Translate the value of your coaching into language your ideal clients immediately understand. You supply the thinking. AI shapes the structure. Every word you produce carries your voice because you are where it starts. This is the language that naturally attracts the right clients.

Discovery Call Preparation.

Build a preparation workflow, so you walk into every call with clarity and confidence. AI helps research the prospect, anticipate needs, and structure the conversation in advance.

 

 

 

 

 

Proposal Development. Structure offers that frame transformation clearly, so the conversation centres on impact rather than price.

 

Follow-Up System.

Workshop Structure

Before we begin: 
Before the workshop, you’ll be guided through a few simple steps to set yourself up. You’ll get Claude set up on your desktop, watch a short walkthrough, and spend a little time capturing what you already know about your clients, your work, your messaging, without overthinking it. It’s quick, it’s easy, and it actually helps you see your own practice more clearly. So when you arrive at the workshop, you’re not starting from scratch… you’re ready to build.

Part 1: Teaching and Implementation (2 Hours)
You’re not just listening, you’re building.
As we move through each stage of the system, you see exactly how AI fits into your real coaching workflow. Not theory, not ideas, your actual practice. You’re guided step by step, but you’re also doing the work as you go. You’re creating, testing, adjusting. Each piece clicks into place in real time. By the end of this session, you walk away with a working version you can put into practice with clients right away. It feels practical, grounded, and directly relevant to how you already coach, just amplified.

Part 2: Live Coaching and Hot Seats (1 Hour)
You bring what’s real, what feels unclear and get direct input on your specific system. You see how others are thinking, where they’re getting stuck, and what shifts unlock clarity. It sharpens your own perspective fast. As you refine your system in real time, something clicks. You’re not just following a framework anymore… you’re shaping it around how you think, how you coach, and who you serve.
