Why Burnout Coaching Matters Now

Burnout is no longer a buzzword. The World Health Organization classifies it as an occupational phenomenon, and studies show over 75% of people will experience it during their career. Chances are your clients already are. You’ve seen the signs - fatigue that doesn’t fade, disengagement that feels like autopilot, and the frustrating gap between what they could achieve and what they’re delivering today.
And, as a coach, you are often the first line of support. They dont always go to HR, but they will show up to a coaching session carrying a level of stress they cant fully name. But without a clear framework and practical tools, it is impossible to uncover the root causes of burnout and effectively move people from barely surviving to building resilience.

The Burnout Coaching Essentials program provides 13 weeks of core learning designed to give coaches a strong foundation in recognizing and addressing burnout. Participants learn to identify early warning signs across the five dimensions - physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual - while gaining clarity on when to coach, when to refer, and how to apply holistic assessments.

The Burnout Coaching Certification expands on this foundation with an additional 7 weeks of applied practice, where participants move from theory to mastery.
