Why Burnout Coaching Matters Now

Burnout is no longer dismissed as a passing trend. The World Health Organization classifies it as an occupational phenomenon, and studies show over 75% of people experience it during their career. Chances are your clients already are. You’ve seen the signs of fatigue that don’t fade, disengagement that feels like autopilot, and the frustrating gap between what they could achieve and what they’re delivering today.
And, as a coach, you are often the first line of support. People don’t always go to HR, but they will show up to a coaching session carrying a level of stress they can’t fully name. Without a clear framework and practical tools, it is impossible to uncover the root causes of burnout and effectively move people from barely surviving to thriving in their professional and personal lives.

The Burnout Coaching Certification expands on this foundation with an additional 7 weeks of applied practice, where participants move from theory to mastery.
